Name, phone number and location information are optional. Even if user does not provide these information, app will work without any issue.
  • Rest assured that we do not share any user data with third-party applications.
  • We utilise Razorpay as our payment gateway, a trusted and secure payment processing service.
  • Unauthorised use of our app data or app name is strictly prohibited, and we retain all rights to this data.

2. Data Retention We retain your user data for a maximum of 12 hours. After this period, we automatically clear your data. Please note that all data is stored on your device, so make sure to back it up if you plan to switch devices.

3. Authentication For authentication purposes, we collect your Gmail data and mobile number. This information is used securely when you purchase a membership or subscription through the Razorpay payment gateway to ensure secure and trackable transactions. Providing your full name and email is optional.

4. Payment Security Rest assured, all payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Notifications will keep you informed about your account activation. We require phone numbers and email addresses solely for payment security, and we do not store this information.

5. Permissions To ensure our app works correctly, please grant all necessary permissions, including microphone access. Failure to do so may impact the functionality of the app.

6. Payment Issues In the unlikely event of a transaction failure or membership error, don't worry. We guarantee to refund your payment within 2-5 working days. Your payment is secure with us.

7. Responsible Use Please respect our rights to the app data. Unauthorised use of our data is prohibited. Use our app exclusively for IELTS speaking module preparation and avoid any illegal activities.
